How it works
- Choose your treats — Shop our bakery menu and current specials.
- Choose your quantity — Mix & match available flavors. Order minimum is 6 cookies or 1/2 dozen.
- Select your preferred date — Select your preferred pickup or delivery date during checkout (in the special instructions tab). Orders are prepared fresh for your selected date.
- Delivery or pickup? — Local delivery is automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Prefer pickup? Please contact us before placing your order so we can arrange pickup and ensure you are NOT charged a delivery fee.
- Pick up & enjoy — Once your order is confirmed, you will receive all necessary pickup or delivery instructions once your order is received. Pickup details and the pickup address are provided privately after your order is confirmed!
Is there a delivery fee?
All Brooklyn deliveries are free! For the rest of NYC and LI a delivery fee will be calculated at checkout. Free pickup is also available on all orders. Contact us directly if you want to pickup your order :)
Can I place a catering order?
Yes! For standard orders (1/2 dozen to 4 dozen), I require a 72-48 hour notice. For catering orders involving 5+ dozen, a minimum 1-2 week notice is required. For corporate & large catering events involving 10+ dozen, a month’s notice and consultation is required.
Can I customize my order?
Absolutely! If you want to order a custom flavor for your cookies or brownies place your order via the Contact Us page.
Does the menu change?
At Brown Butter Confectionery we have our primary bakery menu, a rotating seasonal menu, and an option to make a custom flavor for your order (for an additional fee)!
Things to consider:
- Orders aren't confirmed without full payment.
- Once an order is placed, there's only a two day window prior to pickup/delivery to cancel.
- No shows 24 hours after designated pickup or delivery time will be cancelled and ineligible for a refund.
